Thanks, was trying to figure out the volume of trucks and their sirens at 4am.

The AWS disruption has provided a solid catchall for all my home IT tickets submited by my wife.
"This is taking forever. Can you look at this?"
"Yeah, it's on AWS... you're going to have to wait."
I think we've already seen what inexperienced billionaires bring to the table in government leadership...
Harvard has generally been predatory on Cambridge through land ownership and avoidance of taxes. But this will bring them both local and nationwide goodwill by leading a charge to protect constitutional rights. My grandfather would have loved to have seen his alma mater take a leading stance.
Never been so proud.
Trumps border czar says he is coming to Boston and βbringing hell with himβ.
The response of Boston:
My kids are going to be pissed. My wife will be delighted. I'm disappointed that #tesla is run by a complete fucking clown.
The people of Boston are sick of having people outside of Boston telling us what we need.
It's because communities push for it to be commercial space because "what the neighborhood needs another coffee shop," and then they sit unrented because the rent is too much.
There's a lack of realistic expectations. Would love if the city coupled permits to some discount to local businesses
I've been taking calls for #jobs in #cybersecurity and #networking since we sold appNovi last month. If you're on the hunt for jobs in PM or PMM let me know -- happy to refer people.
Public projects rightly deserve scrutiny & too many stadium projects have left taxpayers in the lurch.
As noted this wk in @globeopinion.bsky.social, Iβve been a fierce critic of bad deals for Bostonβnot stopping now. Hereβs how our White Stadium plans will set new standards for public benefit π§΅
Judging by the recruiter spam, it seems like company cuts have run too deep. #cybersecurityjobs
I'm interested to know if this ends up directly competing with MDR/MSSPs... also there's a level of concern with a single service provider for all things.
But still... things are better. Hopefully it's a quick fix.
I hope the 311 response for @boston.gov is that the complainant needs to slow down and may want to refrain from incriminating themselves for speeding... on a residential street.
This was inbound on the Ashmont line, but if I can coordinate a return trip after the shutdown, I will seek it out to let you know.
Dot family checking in. See you at the tree lighting!
Loved the bravado and performance of last night's "Master of Transit" on the @mbta.bsky.social in #boston. He had the train car chuckling at every stop. Maybe he should get a job player announcing for @bostonbruins.bsky.social?
I signed up for Twitter in 2009. I'm looking forward to regaining that experience/vibe here.
Twitter has turned into a wasteland of vitriol. I'm hoping the guardrails here prevent that from happening here.
My guess is the Stop and Shop breach impacted their point of sale and inventory management systems. Scanners and pharmacy systems are disconnected, and inventory allocation is all messed up. If it was a network misconfiguration, it would have been back up quickly.
