Motherload Mine is pretty chill if you're looking for semi AFK mining training. That's also where you get the mining outfit.
I basically followed the quest guide when I started mine too. The blast furnace is OP for training smithing too. Some of the skilling minigames are nice too for leveling that feel a little less tedious.
Graceful definitely helps a bit to pick up early and saves on costs of stamina potions while giving something to work towards while grinding it. There's also a list of quests you can do to help save grinding the early game skills.

Are you using Quest Helper? That made a ton of those tedious quests more manageable. Grinding agility fucking blows though in general.
