I'm sorry to hear. Anxiety attacks are awful. Physical activity is always good, and my mom told me that sometimes when she was overwhelmed, she'd attack her pillow with a bat. 🤣 Take daytime walks in the woods. Nature is a great stress reliever. Also, try a calming music and tea session. 🩷
