Decided to drop the creatine this spring/summer (which is the only supplement I use) and depend on good old fashioned whole food nutrition to drive results.

Did a hybrid - weight/ zone2 cardio - workout for 1 hour of no rest, non stop movement.
Great for active recovery, low joint stress and easier on the CNS than a heavier workout.

Haha. I like it just fine. I wouldn't attempt a muscle up personally though. Doesn't seem sturdy enough and I have a lower ceiling. Might try one on a jungle gym this summer though

Time restraints or possibly not enough recovery time/rest between workouts?
Being #healthy and fit may not be cheap.
Healthier food costs more, gym memberships can be pricey, but being fit is no longer a product of environment; calories are abundant and movement is optional, but it still is very much a matter of survival.
Make the investment.
