Medium Cool, Foul Play, Slither, Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid
This is really good! If you want to give it a try and didn't listen to it on the show (shame on you) here's a link

Mark Weiss has put together a great Rock Scene archive site here - rockscenemagazine.com/intro/rock-scene-introduction - indulge yourselves!
What a fantastic link! I shall be reading these for days, cheers!
Someone did something similar with all the Slash magazines too, which you might not have known

couldn't have put it better myself. I always loved Spring Rain but didn't give the album much love back then. Now it sounds absolutely terrific to me and I play it a lot
a shorter show, but packed with hits so far!
The highlight of my week, cut short by a bit of egg-chasing.
#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched
Airport 77, The Confession, Indiscreet, Cactus Flower
My most-watched actors of 2026 so far. Susan Clark going toe-to-toe with the greats!

you're never left in any doubt of the song's title in a Steve Diggle tune.
So, so good. I don't say this about many bands, but their live albums (esp Stubb's or Chicago) are my favourites of theirs.
10 thumbs up for Ween :)
#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched
Sisters, Earthquake, A Face In the Crowd, Nightfall
(also Pretty Poison, my favourite of the week)
Bloody brilliant.
Thank you @scotify.bsky.social Scott. You've done this a couple of times and I really appreciate your thoughtfulness :)
Looking forward to it. I had a quick glance at your movies and saw you liked The Fall. That's one of my absolute favourites! TV sellers should just keep it on repeat in their showrooms, they'd sell loads more :)
Crime 101 is on my watchlist. I don't tend to watch too many new movies, but it looks right up my street :)
ha, I think that's why I love them so much :)
haha!!
Hallucination Generation looks like a blast!
Thief/Conversation both fantastic of course, but I'm interested in Hardware there. I've never heard of it!
Absolutely! So many terrific films to choose from :)
#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched
Rolling Thunder, The Ox-Bow Incident, The Midnight Man, Blow Out.
Also, Blue Collar, a 5-star movie
I can't imagine he'd sell, if he still has them, but @paulg258.bsky.social introduced me to them way back in the mid-80s (bless his heart!)
it's SO fresh!
Snickers tastes worse than Marathon. Opal Fruits good; Starburst bad, fact.
:)
Very good article, and excellent choices :)
I do love my noirs...
El Secreto de sus Ojos is such a fantastic film, and after I watched it I tried to find as many Darin movies as I could (Carancho was perhaps my favourite of them). He's amazing.
