Hey here's 1 email about getting a flu shot right above 6 more emails about GLP-1s. I can't take anyone seriously who says that people are against GLP-1s because they just want you to stay fat because my fucking experience is literally the exact opposite.
One of my healthcare providers uses solv for their scheduling and because of that this is what my inbox is full of all the fucking time. It's fucking draining to be a fat person in today's world.
It fucking sucks getting emails every day basically telling me I'm a fat fuck who needs to get on weight loss drugs. And every single doctor online who talks about how obese is the worst thing to be and these drugs are sooooo amazing can fuck off into the sun too.
I'm getting emails almost every fucking day telling me I can get on GLP-1s for as little as $149 a month. I've never fucking asked for this but I have obese on my medical records so I am getting bombarded. And now that these "miracle" drugs exist, being fat is a bigger societal crime than ever
Goooood I keep seeing this shit that people are negative about GLP-1s because "thin people want you to stay fat". But, maybe, fucking maybe, as a fat person I don't want to be on a lifelong drug that we don't fully know the downsides of. The fucking constant pressure to take GLP-1s is fucking crazy.
