Meal prep Sundays

1. Cabbage with sautéed shrimp, sausage & mixed peppers/onions
2. Chicken , roasted sweet potatoes & broccoli
3. Tuna (mid day snack)
Cut up a pineapple
I can’t do breakfast meal prep anymore i like my eggs , yogurt fresh

Sending love the first always hurt … mine passed from covid in 2020 and she love Christmas but for all of us it was out bdays cause she would call all 928 of us (she had 16 kids & passed as a great great GMA) she ended songs with don’t forget i love u & Jesus does too …
