An aerial view of Ecruteak Town at daytime, from Pokemon Gold and Silver, reimagined. The city is now located on a giant bulwark structure, standing tall above the dense forest around to the south, and a bamboo grove to the north. Over the horizon, many mountains and a clear northern sky can be seen; Jumpluff, hoppip and skiploom are carried by the wind, while the legendary Ho-Oh can be seen flying in the distance. All the houses and structures share a distinctive, traditional japanese wooden architecture with grey rooftiles. A huge torii gate marks the access of the city to the south, while to the west, connecting to Route 38, is a small gatehouse. To the East a new, tall Clock Tower connects the top of the bulwark to the forest below, leading to Route 42 and Mount Mortar. The north section of the city features the iconic Burned Tower, encased in a bamboo glade, just above a staircase and an old, mossy wooden torii. Here, in the glade, trainer Gold is facing the three legendary beasts: Suicune, Raikou and Entei. To the east, a huge shrine, with a zen backyard, connects the city to the Bell Path. This verdant route, in the heart of the bamboo grove, features a wooden arched bridge, crossing a little river forms a giant pond. At the end of the path stands the Bell Tower, with its many stories. Eusine can be found here, as the entrance is blocked by a monk. Back to the city centre, many traditional houses and trainers like the kimono girls with their evolved eevees can be found, as well as little gardens with pine trees. To the South-west a shrine by an old graveyard immersed in wisteria flowers marks the City Gym: Morty, the gym leader, can be found there with his ace, Gengar. The Eastern half of the city features the Theatre, with banners featuring Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Umbreon and Espeon. A pokemon center can be found here, with a traditional wooden sign and a huge pokeball on the roof, then the pokemon market, decorated with strings of hanging lanterns.

The northern sky is full of stars and a waning crescent moon In the far north, the lights of a mysterious city bedazzle the valley. Lugia can be seen flying to the West. The city centre is lively and brightly decorated and illuminated by lanterns and strings of lights. A huge torii gate marks the access of the city to the south, while to the west, connecting to Route 38, is a small gatehouse. To the East the Clock Tower stands tall, with bright lights dotting the forest below and leading to Route 42. To the North-west, the iconic Burned Tower is encased in the dark bamboo glade, where many lights and will-o-the-wisps create a circle of warm, eerire light around the three legendary beasts guarding the monument. Zubat, Golbat and Crobat can be seen flying around. To the east, atop the central shrine zen garden backyard, a shiny Ninetales observes silently the city. Trainer Kris is exploring the verdant Bell Path, just beyond the wooden arched bridge. Below the bridge, a river flows into a waterfall, leading to the great pond at the temple's base. Here many poliwags are playing in the water, while Politoed sings on the top of a rock. At the end of Bell Path stands the Bell Tower, with its many stories; the trusted monk still guarding its access. An eerie light envelopes the South-western shrine, located by an old graveyard immersed in wisteria flowers. This also serves as the city gym, where Morty, the gym leader, can be found by the entrance with his ace, Gengar. The Theatre is opened tonight: a bright warmth light welcomes the visitors by the street: a kimono girl dance is to be expected. A brightly illuminated pokemon center can be found just below, with a traditional wooden sign and a huge pokeball on the roof. The pokemon market, to the east of the Theatre, has a counter opened to the street, where the old lady sells medicines and souvenirs.

Getting back into Monster Hunter: Rise on Switch.

Didn’t meditate, didn’t do morning pages, didn’t do anything creative. Hit gold league on Pokémon TCG Pocket and got my fancy gold emblem. Got a surprise FaceTime from a friend. I’ll take it as a good day. How’d yours go?

Today I am planning on being warm and comfy and smashing out Pokémon TCG Pocket all day. I will also meditate, do morning pages and ponder creativity.

Yeah definitely agree, PTs are great for confidence and once you sort of work out what your fitness goals and priorities are, they can point you in the right direction for exercises for specific muscle groups etc.

Ahh nice! I desperately need a PT haha. Also I suck at cardio, so well done for that! It’s all for the greater good!

still alive, lost more weight, got a haircut, got a new job, broke my finger, hooked on skyrim again, still haven’t made any more music or art. that’s all, i think.

my bad dude, i had a horrendous mental health crash. Super long story short, my job is hard and we were put in a pretty rough situation and I don’t think I managed it particularly well. Given the circumstances, I don’t think there was anything I could’ve done differently, but shite nonetheless
