Where I am, if stayed on DST our shortest day would be sunrise at 9:30 am with sunset at 5:30. Would make winter much more unbearable for me personally
I too have no issues making the change but if we are going to stick with one, I'd prefer ST I think

Even though my kids have grown, I can't imagine sending kids to school in the dark for the winter. Personally I'm one who struggles to get out of bed in the winter with the time change, if we were to adopt permanent DST I'm not sure I'd like to be around me on winter mornings.

Except they chose to stick with standard time, not daylight savings time
