Yeah... as of now, they are experimenting to see which one would be best going forward, but yeah, saved GIFs will still work after that deadline. Another positive outlook on this is that the Tenor website will be up.
A few days ago, they said they were gonna move the default GIF API to Giphy and Klipy because Google will shut down Tenor's API in June
