Did some balance training today and hated every second 🤣 How I used to be able to stand on a Bosu ball on one leg without falling off is beyond me... but hey, I had to increase my weights once again because they started to feel a little light for me.

It took me a moment to spot him, but hi, JK! Soaking up the sun and sea breeze, are we? 🤭
