It was quite the council meeting - lasting nearly five hours on Thursday evening.

The meeting referenced the MEN article about the harassment Heald Green Councillors had received.

Also present at the meeting were Healthwatch, a council commissioned service which helps local people access health and care. Healthwatch also compile information on practices accepting NHS patients their contact details are below too.

For those who need urgent dental care the attached flyer gives information on how to access this.
There is also a link for finding available NHS dentists below.

The lack of NHS dentists is recognised as a key issue by the Government. Local health commissioners are tasked with increasing NHS places. The situation is improving with more NHS places being made available in Stockport.
