Having played these games, I have realized how incompetent the remakes are

Denny O'Neil's reaction to the infamous Bat-Credit Card should be talked about more.

Doug Walker's reaction gets memed but that was a skit. Denny's was genuine and it was apparently far more extreme according to PAD.

Honestly While it does have the Revolutionary Army, they don't even feature at all for the first ~500 chapters. Meanwhile, major arcs involve the protection of legitimate hereditary rulers. Likewise, corrupt rulers are dethroned, but the structure of the government isn't overhauled.

TNG:"Shades of Grey" is an appalling waste of effort on the part of both cast/crew & the audience.

Would've been better to have not made the episode at all & let the excellent "Peak Performance" serve as season finale. That episode even mentions Starfleet's responses to the Borg which sets up S3

I have read those books and rewatch the movies (both the Star Wars trilogies and the movies GL took influence from). The thing is the more I learned, the more I hated the trilogy.
I really wish more prequel critics did that because it really would sharpen their arguments against these movies

it's kind of funny looking at Comics strips vs comic books because they REALLY WERE HUGE back in the day and a cartoonist could be one of the most talked about people but as time went on that just grew less and less, I think the only BIG modern strip artist we talk about is....

Sal Busema has died at the age of 89, a comic legend at least to me, he never got the strong critical acclaim of guys like Jack Kirby, but if your the right fan you know how good he was, and if nothing else, I'm going to miss the way he drew punches in comics.

34. Classic Doctor Who Season 15

Maaaaaaaan, this one was rough. The only one I came out with universally positive feelings about was Horror of Fang Rock. A lot of the serials here were badly plotted or had truly terrible monsters that cause the serial to go off rails. But, it is funny.

Seems like firing your cast, canning two movies of plot development, and restarting from scratch really paid off.
