I keep watching The Last of Us because I really really want to like it… but the games hit different

Last night, every Senate Democrat voted for my amendment calling for a $17 an hour federal minimum wage while every Republican but 1 opposed it. The movement to raise the minimum wage to a living wage is growing.

In 2025, a job must lift you out of poverty, not keep you in it.

Yes, prices will skyrocket.
Yes, business will go bankrupt.
Yes, stocks will crash.
Yes, unemployment will rise.

But if we hold on, the tariffs will be worth it. If fully implemented we can finally achieve the true American dream: rich people not having to pay ANY taxes.
