In this case, if the child's worst experience in life is someone being overly worried about their safety and acting on it, they are pretty lucky.
Schools are in an unwinnable game. If something happens to a child, the media screams that the school should have done more. If they intervene, then the media screams about over policing.
Pretty sure the software just reports to the school. If police were involved, humans sent them.
That's what peace looks like.

Who sits down and keeps a tally of all the books they read and how long it took. That would take the enjoyment out of reading for me.
I love repeatedly reporting them to Google as fake and misleading while Google ignores my reports and continues to feed them to me.
