This review provides an update on AIDs associated with pathogenic variants in MEFV ( #pyrinopathies ). Those include new dominant forms (exon 10 delM694 & non-exon 10 T577, H478, P373), pyrin-associated autoinflammation - neutrophilic dermatosis, pyrin-associated autoinflammation- neuroinflammation
#Medskyπ§ͺ #Immunosky #Autoinflammatorydiseases (AIDs) are characterized by dysregulation of #innateimmunity, leading to systemic inflammation. Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) is the most common AID, associated with variants in exon 10 of MEFV
