Mirko, on the left, is wearing a red bandanna wrapped around his head. It is a traditional accessory worn by a "hilot" or a spiritual healer. He holds a burning candle and enthusiastically melts it over a basin of water to demonstrate how "tawas" is done. "Tawas" or carromancy, is a type of divination done by letting melted wax drip over the surface of clean water. The cooled and solidified wax will form distorted shapes which the spiritual healer will interpret. Father Vittorio, on the right, is uncharacteristically amazed, pointing at the basin where the floating wax has formed what appears to be an upper case letter "N."

Chili Pepper Cookie and Rye Cookie drawn as humans in the theme of "school au." They are both seated, legs crossed, and wearing Japanese-styled sailor uniforms but very stylized to match their personalities. Chili Pepper's matching maroon shirt and skirt are shorter in length, somehow revealing the edges of her dark-colored safety shorts and crop top. The collar and cuffs on her shirt are red with a white lining. She is wearing a pair of mid-calf lace-up boots with red sole. Scratches and bandages are scattered on her arms and legs. There's a lone green bandage on her cheek. She has multiple earrings, piercings on her brow and her signature red bandana with crossbones is wrapped around her neck. She holds up her arms and folds them casually behind her head. Her gloved hand is flashing a peace sign along with a teasing wink while sticking out her tongue. Rye's uniform is more conservative in style, long-sleeved beige shirt and long red skirt. The collar and cuffs are red with decorative wheat-shaped gold lining and buttons. A gold star is printed on her collar, too. Her skirt has a gold lining on the edges. She is wearing a mid-calf cowboy boots. Unlike Chili Pepper, she is not roughed up but there is a red bandage on her cheek. Her arms are crossed in displeasure and the stalk of wheat pinched between her frowning lips doesn't help make her mood get any better.

And yet joined another CR:ToA drawing jam (in Magma) and the theme was school AU. This time, I drew Chili Pepper Cookie as a trouble-making delinquent and Rye Cookie as a disciplinary committee officer. 🤭🌶️🌾

A set of four designs of OC trading cards that was traded and given away last November 2024 in Patron of the Arts: Magic and Mystics. The cards on the bottom left and right features the artworks of two unnamed OCs in various new age divination rituals such as crystallomancy and carromancy. The third card features them standing beside each other and forming a heart shape with their hands. The fourth card on top features "Rizz" the Tikbalang, an otherworldly half man with a head and calves of a horse.

I finally reprinted these cards that I had traded to fellow artists and gave away to customers during Patron of the Arts: Magic and Mystics last November 2024.

I enjoyed making these cards. I hope I get to join more trades and meet more OCs in the future. 😊🃏✨
