Anyway, I think I know what day I’ll attend for next year’s HoyoFest. Honestly, it is so much better to attend on a weekday than the weekend. I have so little patience now when it comes to queueing up just to enter the venue base on the ridiculous long lines I saw for the weekend days. Just NOPE 🤡

as well. Last year’s merch catalog was probably the best they had cause it had a variety of merch unlike this year. There were so many big plushies this year that I’m just ????

like make regular pass holders queue up but don’t need the stab and let those with fast pass get in immediately? Idk, it’s just bs really. Kinda sucks that the allocated merch stocks for the day as well is so little like MAN. Also if I have to be honest, the merch catalog for this year is so bad—

—Overall, this year’s HoyoFest was so-so.

Like it’s a bit disappointing but the freebies you get from the stages were probably the saving grace from the event, LOL.

Also it was nice that they had an Artist Alley this year as the merch booth queue was so shitty. They should honestly improve on it—

Wasn’t able to get anymore Jing Yuan merch besides the one meant for the couch so issokay 🙂‍↕️

Finally, the last stop was the merch booth! Tbh, I had less expectations already cause most of the items are all sold out due to those who were able to get a queue stab for the early timing. I was able to buy a few merch which was nice so queueing for this was bearable at least.

Lastly, with the longest queue, Star Rail’s stage! Obviously, Phainon was gonna be there for the event, LOL. Hoyo hyped him up a lot like goddamn.

Funny, I had to do my dailies while in line just to get the freebies but I ended up getting Cipher’s photo card so luck was in shambles 🥲

Next was Genshin’s stage, which I had the least interest in it, LOL. I dunno anything about Natlan tbh, so I just want the ticket to complete the stamp rally 🤡

—I might go back in this game simply cause of Flins but gonna see how that’ll go LOL

After getting good food, we went back to the event and saw less people around. Best time to roam so we started lining for the other stages!

We visited ZZZ’s stage first as it had the least queue. Won the Bangboo clear ticket too but sad there wasn’t a single husbando in the stage tho SIGHS 😔

Before heading out to grab brunch, I saw Tears of Themis’s spot and kinda sad it’s just this. But at least they had something I guess, lol.

Also they had a survey where you can claim random merch once you fill it out. Initially, I got Sparkle & bro’s Genshin one but I traded it for Vyn & Marius!

It was basically smooth sailing the moment I arrived around 11am-ish. Literally just enter, claim ticket then go inside the venue. Spacious to roam as well as it wasn’t crowded!

—Dropped by Honkai Impact 3rd Stage first cause there was no line at all so stamp and ticket easily claimed!
