Iβll leave out the part where itβs taken me 2 and a half years just to hit the 1000 markβ¦..
Tonightβs watch is going to be The Bride and Iβll be honest, Iβm not as excited as I was when first seeing the trailer.
Sometimes films are over advertised and they kill my excitement because I roll my eyes when I see the trailer for the 100th time
The Gentlemen, King Arthur and Wrath of Man I can watch all day every single day!
Last Guy Richie post but Wrath of Man is one of his best βwhat even is thisβ type film, itβs totally out there as something quite different from his usual and is an incredible watch!
Also throwing it out there, Guy Richieβs King Arthur: Legend of The Sword is a GREAT film and Iβll die on that hill!
It felt fun, fresh and I havenβt had that much fun in an English history/myth film since A Knights Tale (another damn great film!)
Throw in Colin Pharell as well as Coach, the story in general is so much fun, this is THE best Guy Richie film (hard to say as thereβs a lot of good Richie films!)
Watching The Gentlemen and I think this is one of the best films made ππ»
Charlie Hunam in his native Geordie accent is just one of the best parts of this film, along with Hugh Grant just not remotely being Hugh Grant and having the most fun ever in a film
The best scene in a film right here
I donβt miss that style of film genre where they go so over the top with their colour grading because Iβm watching Underworld AND EVERYTHING IS SO BLUE!
Seriously what happened to Donald Glovers Bando Stone & The New World Order movie? We got the Childish Gambino soundtrack and thenβ¦β¦..nothing
Started watching Sentenced To Be A Hero last night. Funny how good animation will really suck me in even though I didnβt have a clue what was going on after the first 2 episodes
The overall plot is, well, pointless. I mean, nearly the whole cast vanish for the third act for no reason at all
The ghost faces are the worst and have no relevance to the plot at all. Also, guess what, you can figure them out pretty quickly too.
Returning characters felt like they had a contract clause to appear because they do nothing, Gale, Chad, Mindy, serve no purpose to anything at all!
Ok so Scream 7β¦..yeah, itβs terrible!
Worst of the franchise and made me question so much! Thereβs just so many bad decisions made in this film (and thatβs not even a dig at the fact they fired Melissa!)
Us millennials have had 2 recessions, a global pandemic and are close to hitting World War III and we arenβt even 40 yetβ¦..
Seeing Scream 7 tonight and Iβm going in with such low hopes that I might slightly enjoy it but I still highly doubt it
Then have Rhea/Iyo go for the tag belts to get them back OR again, big tag match, heck maybe a ladder match? Alexa/Charlotte, Rhea/Iyo, Kabuki Warriors, make it BIG
Jade gets annoyed by all this so goes on a rampage on Smackdown just interrupting matches causing problems. Nick Aldis says heβs done, she ainβt acting like a champ so he calls for a massive match for Jades belt at WM. Throw in Jordynne Grace, maybe Tiffy and either 1 or 2 more?
My idea for Wrestlemania was this:
Raquel wins the Chamber, Liv and everyoneβs thinking sheβs going for Jade and then double champs for Liv/Raquel BUT RR reveals sheβs going after Stephanie because she has beef and because of what Liv did at Rumble then we have a triple
Threat match ππ»
Glad Randy won the menβs and womenβs I wanted anyone Raquel to win but yeah donβt happen. Wrestlemania gunna be weird this year I feel, Randy v Drew doesnβt feel right and Rhea v Jade, I dunno
Menβs chamber was alright, didnβt have any crazy moments I felt besides the mask reveal (and yeah we all knew it was Seth) but it feels a bit pointless now because the Vision that took him out isnβt around right now
Womenβs chamber match was really good, damn Raquel is just a powerhouse and it showed! Was rough seeing her pinned because she was untouchable up until that stage
So thoughts on #WWEElminatiomChamber all round it was decent. Some predictable moments and yeah didnβt get my winners but thatβs life
But a YEET-less event thank god!
I havenβt been that excited for Elimination Chamber compared to last years. Royal Rumble just fell flat for me with some of it, I have no idea where theyβre going with stuff and Iβm annoyed Romans taken a holiday the past month
Time for #WWEEliminationChamber hate that we get it like 1am in the UK and I donβt want to stay up till 4am watching it so yeah, couple things have been spoiled but we roll with it
I just remember when they did press for Infinity War and someone (probably Tom Holland) said there was an amazing scene where every single hero from the MCU are all together on screen for a huge battle, then IW hit and I was like whereβs this scene (but it was in Endgame)
Find it weird weβre the same path as Infinity War/Endgame in that these films will have a 1 year gap but Doomsday and Secret Wars are doing the same and havenβt been shot back to back?
7. Shelter - Place Jason Stathams name here, generic, did nothing and had a 40 minute long slow burn opening of the main character living in an island lighthouse
8. Cold Storage - I think if I watched this at home I would have turned it off. Super slow burn for what it was, no comedy or horror
5. Send Help - Not a big Sam Raimi fan anyway but this was just alright. It felt like an easy rip off of Triangle of Sadness with some Raimi horror thrown in
6. Goat - Animation was good but the story was weak. I was expecting something really good from Sony, the studio of Spider-Verse but nah
