Ok, thank you. I was trying to figure out the precincts but thatβs hard to do on mobile lol

Or am I looking in the wrong place? www.tarrantcountytx.gov/content/dam/...
Can someone tell me where they are getting the 17% number? The results Iβm seeing from 2024 only seemed to be up 6%? Or am I looking at the wrong numbers? www.tarrantcountytx.gov/content/dam/...
This feels a little misleading. Trump didnβt win the county by 17, the Republican US Rep candidate did, and last nights race is for the TX senate. Trump was up 5% and Allred actually beat Cruz here in 2024 which was a surprise to me.
Iβm hoping to see mine at a rally tomorrow and he getting an earful
Is there anyone coordinating rides back for these folks? I live in Texas and have time to drive to MN.
They are running for Cornynβs seat, Cruz isnβt up for four more years.
I'm hopeful as well. Already have my yard sign up haha. There's a meetup Sunday if you have any interest in volunteering: www.mobilize.us/talaricofort...
Screenshot from slack: James never took money from Miriam Adelson. He accepted a contribution from a PAC that Miriam Adelson contributed to. He has never met with or talked with Miriam Adelson and has no intention to. James has been supportive of legalizing gambling in Texas since he first ran for office in 2018. He disagrees with Miriam Adelson on 99% of the issues. He happens to agree with her on legalizing gambling in Texas, and has since before running for public office. Itβll bring good jobs and good tax revenue to our state that weβre currently losing out to Oklahoma and Louisiana. When it comes to campaign contributions, James believes our campaign finance system is deeply broken β thatβs why he filed legislation to cap campaign contribution limits in the state of Texas. But until the Legislature passes those reforms into law, he will not unilaterally disarm and let Texas Republicans play by different rules. He was not influenced by Adelsonβs money, and has continued to fight for stronger unions, raising the minimum wage, and increased health care access β policies she doesnβt stand for.
This is what was posted in the volunteer slack by a staffer when this question was raised, if it's helpful:
Ironically(?) these two pieces of mail both came today. @bencollins.bsky.social @katmabu.bsky.social
I kind of forgot that SX events could be fun (helps when the party is a few blocks from your house). Got some great stuff at @theonion.com / @bsky.app Good Party for Bad Times. My fave is this tote that I can't wait to take to HEB.
Ugh I'm so tired of covering my citrus trees!! I was ready for spring πππ
