Pleasantly surprised by that since it's been a while since I did them consistently, and I'd struggle with 20 lbs for 1 minute, now I did a 35 lb plate for 1 minute AFTER a 25 lb plate for 3 minutes!

Got 3 records, including 6 reps of 115 lb barbell flat bench, followed by 3 reps of 125 lbs, heaviest barbell bench weight I lifted in my life!!!! Training session with 4 sets of 205 lb deadlifts instead of 3, with 6 reps for my top set. Deadlift volume was 5,980 lbs. Other exercises included single-leg RDL's & weighted jump squats. Listened to Ne Obliviscaris & Slayer before session. Deadlift max goal is now 315. #FitnessSky #GymSky π€

I would have gotten mad about a year ago, but I have more confidence now. Imagine if she said that to someone still battling an eating disorder though. I'm so fucking glad I'm in recovery from mine, so what she said didn't ruin my day and sent me spiraling into self destruction.
