This tweet trail and the comments in it pretty much demonstrate what I am talking about. My point was blanketly saying they boys should be raised the same way as girls would also include the negative aspects as well.

Not saying all, but this is prevalent in my experience...

"That if boys were raised how girls are" has an impact on the belief that someone will come and take care of you, which results in some girls having little or no ambition because finding a rich partner is all they need to do. This in particular would be a problem if applied to raising men.

I don't have that experience... My food always tastes better than everyone else's 😜
