Schatz: We don’t know for sure, but the likely bombing of an elementary school with one of our Tomahawk missiles is not a one-off mistake. It is the result of a change in policy so that the United States has way looser rules of engagement — way more tolerance for civilian harm.
There’s a lot of incompetence on full display in this story but one guy who surely would be fired yesterday if this was earth 1, is the chucklehead energy secretary.
5/ And on the Strait of Hormuz, they had NO PLAN. I can't go into more detail about how Iran gums up the Strait, but suffice it say, right now, they don't know how to get it safely back open.
Which is unforgiveable, because this part of the disaster was 100% foreseeable.

During a press briefing in the White House on Monday when Trump directly linked Tylenol and acetaminophen to autism, FDA Commissioner Marty Makary stood alongside Trump and announced the agency’s approval of leucovorin. He said it was likely to help “hundreds of thousands” of children with autism “Mr. President, you told us to do what’s medically right — to go bold and not worry about the corporations and the lobbyists,” Makary said. “So that’s what we’re here doing today.” In an interview with TMZ, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Mehmet Oz suggested leucovorin could be used for “reversing autism.”

I think this story is a really good example for people to look at when it comes to understanding bias at NYT. It's not that the reporter, Dana Rubinstein, says anything outright false. But the framing, word choices, etc., add up to an unprofessional and biased account.
Last month, Ed Martin was demoted and sidelined within the administration.
But if he thought that was the worst of his troubles, he’s now learning otherwise.

It's pretty amazing how Senator Tim Sheehy (R-MT) breaking a Marine's arm while the Marine was protesting (ironically what he gets paid to defend) barely registers.
The NYT and WaPo each had a write up, though no follow yet. The WSJ has nothing.
