It's not done yet, but with an extra evening or two of work it should have all the core parts in it, and play like a little optimization game.
I started making it when I was sent a pamphet making all sorts of wild claims about placing turbines in back yards, and other scaremongering.
Weekend project: playable wind turbine placement in my local municipality, where this is a divisive election theme.
Issues: shadow flicker and infrasound reaching houses, bird strikes, and comparison to alternative energy sources.

Huge fan of this. I once spent a whole day making an edit of a mission impossible film to remove all the spoken dialogue. Love the change of focus that it brings, how you get meaning from the screen this way.
