Government change was suspected as being one of the main causes of Participatory budgeting termination.
In this paper we show this is not the case, it is only when the direction of change is from left to right that PB is in danger

I love both articles (BJPS and TC). I like less the TC headline, the most important aspect of the findings to me is precisely that trust is not in overall decline, but only for institutions related to representation. Need to rethink how representation is conducted?
