I think verified parody accounts pulling 300k likes and serious public engagement can be just as damaging as outright bad-faith accounts, even when they’re mocking objectively evil people. It all still feeds into the same misinformation pit and sets a horrific precedent

Finally crossed DOUBLE INDEMNITY off the watchlist. Truly a classic that lives up to its reputation.
I think it was the fact that both his biological parents were genocidal war maniacs who wanted him to rule earth, that’s a massive deviation from the norm. I fully expected the film to walk it back, but it didn’t. Honestly, kind of respect that.
It’s great how every big movie or TV show now has to spark a culture war because the absolute dumbest people on the planet can’t handle a simple message rooted in basic human decency. Super fun, not at all exhausting
