The weekly advent by The Little Grey Girl works perfectly. I love the magic of blocking and seeing how this shawl grew so much to open out the lovely lace pattern. #WestKnits

If you’ve down the Turkish cast on you could absolutely do toe up as that’s a start you could use!

Cuff down for me, rounded toe on DPNs. Even for a beginner DPNs felt more intuitive than magic loop.

What other project types have you made as that might help choose a preference!

The hats were a hit and all finished in time, although Nephew #1 has reached the “I’ll do things when I’m ready stage” so thanks to my brother for being Noah’s understudy haha
