It was a good weekend and thankfully loads of people turned up despite the showers. Great to spend the weekend with potter friends from different bit of the country too- thereβs a huge potters meal for us all on Fri night in the big marquee- such a great community vibe behind the scenes
Im so glad you saw my stand! - Iβm terrible with faces, you should have given me a poke π. Hope you had a great day looking around
What a great 3 days itβs been, showing my ceramics at Potfest Scotland alongside 98 other potters!
Over winter I developed a new ash glaze and made larger vessels, and Iβm delighted that theyβve been well received and found new homes. Just the encouragement Iβve needed to know Iβm on the right path
Cheers- they worked out well, so Iβm looking forward to making more! ππ»
Oh thatβs a lovely delicate colour ππ»
Oh, you meant me and the dogβ¦! π€
Thanks, you too!
Aw, thank you!

Aw thanks- perfect for a wee tipple!
Thanks! Iβve made a few bigger ones -βtumblerβ size- but these wee ones are definitely cuter.
Oh indeed- things are getting crunchy!π¬
Little sippers with their saucers, in my new woodash glaze that Iβve developed.
The wood is straight the forest outside my studio, that burned in my woodstove over the winter season. After quiet months of testing, itβs finally looking like lovely runny honey in this sunlight.
Pottery & Place as one
Itβs looking glorious just now Graeme, parched but gloriousβοΈ
Lunch break in the garden.
I often wonder where the planes overhead are travelling to. This oneβs cargo heading to the Faroe Islands
Hi there Daveππ»
If thatβs one of the rules, then Iβve definitely been doing it wrong!
Youβd be welcome - the more the merrier!
Me too!
