However this 9th century bronze Lokeshvara from #Cambodia, also pictured at Latchford’s home in 2014, is still missing, looted from its sacred temple and its people. The hunt for it is on.

A looted 7th century Vishnu, photographed in Douglas Latchford’s home in 2014. Now repatriated to the National Museum of #Cambodia, one of 74 pieces returned last week. The tide against looting of cultural icons is turning at last.
