I think some of the current ira and iija funds are used for the NWS, so likely still a decrease.
model dissemination locked up for 10-15minutes too
weather.gov development was in the open (until they recently switched to gitlab and then disbanded) - neat to see the quality discussions and planning: github.com/weather-gov/...
