I was 17 when the Iraq war started. I was livid watching my peers shipped off to fight a war for rich people. Almost 7,000 service members died. I’m now 39 and here’s a new war for rich people. But it’s a brand new rage being told our troops dying is just “the way it is”. War is a choice.
