I like the part where, uh, he waved at people, and, umm, when he makes that phone call. You know, that one that everyone always quotes where he says that line. Classic Brad Fletcher moments.

One of our Shakopee observers witnessed ICE pepper spray a baby today in Chanhassen.
(Yes. You read that right.)
The agent knew the baby was there. ICE does not make our communities safer. End Operation Metro Surge NOW!

Spotify DJ: “Matt, this next song by Our Lady Peace fits your vibe.”
*Music starts playing*
Link: “What’s the name of this song?”
Me: “It’s called *Clumsy*.”
Link: “That should be your theme song.”
The next song that played was by The Strokes.
That’s back when conspiracy theories were fun.
Working on a presentation about Impostor Syndrome but I’m worried the audience will realize I don’t actually know the subject very well.
I actually ended up going a second time to take my son. He said the same: he liked the second one better but enjoyed Ares.
I was standing in the aisle of Target with a can of beans in each hand—one regular and the other low sodium—trying to determine which to use in my chili, when two teenagers walked by. It was at that very moment that I realized that I am an old man.
I don’t want to influence your viewing, but I would say “it was alright”. There are some little Easter eggs from the other movies which were fun.
I also saw it on a ScreenX screen which projects footage on to the walls. It was the first movie I have gone to with that and it was pretty cool.
@nscottg.bsky.social I got got home from TRON:Ares. Have you seen it yet?
My memory is fuzzy, but I think we started following each other on Twitter back when TRON: Legacy came out.
Yeah, I usually just mulch the grass and leaves with the mower, and only bag if I waited too long mow. Mulching is definitely better for the soil, but it doesn’t really help pollinators since the whole leaves they’d use for cover or eggs just get shredded, right?
This is the one thing that I try to leave, but the peer pressure of all the other neighbors’ clear lawns (not my actual neighbors though) eventually gets me to cave.

I think this is a good approach. Use AI where it is helpful, but with an endless supply of good photos out there, you’ll never run out. Plus people can set their own AI images if they want.
One of the side effects of my stroke is that I literally forgot everybody’s name, except for my immediate family members.
So when I read “Walt Whitman,” I knew it was familiar, but the only person I could think of was this guy.
*Uh-oh*
Mmmmmmm….. shadow pretzel 🤤
I hope everything is okay.
That means we have 13 more weeks of summer.
So many fan favorites!
I hope you are okay!
I have yet to fall since my stroke 3+ years ago, but I have had many, many close calls. Earlier tonight, I did something that hurt my knee on my left leg which is my good leg. The next few days are going to be challenging.
This image is a collection of four paintings by Norman Rockwell, known as the Four Freedoms series. Each painting represents one of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “Four Freedoms” from his 1941 State of the Union address: 1. Top left (Freedom of Speech): A man in a brown jacket and blue plaid shirt stands confidently among seated townspeople, holding a piece of paper as he speaks. Others are attentively listening, showing respect and focus. 2. Top right (Freedom of Worship): A group of people of various ages and ethnicities are shown in prayer, some with hands clasped and others holding rosary beads. The phrase “Each according to the dictates of his own conscience” is inscribed at the top. 3. Bottom left (Freedom from Fear): A mother and father are tucking their children into bed. The father is holding a folded newspaper with headlines referencing the ongoing war, suggesting the desire to protect their children from global conflict. 4. Bottom right (Freedom from Want): A family is gathered around a table as an older woman sets down a large roast turkey. Everyone is smiling and engaged with one another, reflecting comfort and abundance. The paintings reflect themes of security, faith, expression, and comfort in everyday American life.
Are you going to do all four??
I guessed today's (Mar 5, 2025) Monkey Island tune 🎵 in 1 try.
