On this beautiful morning a driver close passed me on the left to immediately blast through a stop sign and turn right, so I'm no longer being charitable about the cars parked in the bike lane next to the parking lane that used to be full of snow and ice but has mostly melted.

Not a thriller but I really enjoyed bon appetit your majesty. Cooking, time travel, historical fiction, and actually light on the romance until the last two episodes. Requires subtitles if you don't understand Korean though.

That's the spirit! Coffee is currently to do, but a previous bag was labeled important. Triscuits are now. I think there are also "later"s around somewhere, but I'm rarely actually the one doing the distributing, just the joy of discovery.
Instead of chip clips I got some binder clips from the stationery area of the store and now I can designate random bags of food stuff as "Now", "To do", and "Important"
Bad news, I got the wrong thing off the list by mixing up two conversations.
I offer up the defense of "he also said to get additional things on the shopping list if they're available" and I did get those things too.

Don't do more than what you're asked. If they need help they should ask you. You'll do it within work hours at a reasonable rate
They already made it clear (so it sounds) that they don't need you, so do the absolute bare minimum. Do nothing, even! What are they going to do? Fire you? (Just don't sabotage them)
I don't know enough about employment lawyers but maybe someone else does. This whole thing feels like you need an employment lawyer.
You do not owe them your all. Do your work tasks during normal hours. If it's not done end of the workday, that's tomorrow's work.
Is that last bit emotional- or fact-based? Mine was emotional and reminding myself that was helpful even if I still treated it as basically fact.
