COVID Revisionism Has Gone Too Far If the center and left succumb to the view that “nothing worked,” no one will remain to defend sensible public-health measures the next time a pandemic comes around.

COVID revisionists see the public-health response to the pandemic as a failure. But they fail to get the full picture—and that might leave us even less prepared for the next pandemic, Rogé Karma argues.

The inverted flag isn’t disrespect — it’s a distress signal from naval traditions, used to show grave danger to life or property.

With a lawless man set to take power after attempting to overthrow the government, America is in extreme danger.

That’s why I’m posting it today.

🌍 Why Don’t Governments Use Science?

A @natureportfolio.bsky.social survey found 80% of science-policy experts think governments lack robust systems for science advice - despite crises like COVID-19 showing its value.

You Wanted the Beast, You Got the Beast Kendrick Lamar’s jittery, claustrophobic new album understands the value of being a hero and a villain.

“While blues legends sold authenticity and jazz greats fell under the spell of hard drugs, “reincarnated” frames a taste for violence as our generation’s manifestation of the fleshly urges church leaders denounce whenever secular music is deemed demonic.”

Trump lied all the way through the campaign saying he knew nothing about Project 2025 and now he's nominating everyone from Project 2025 to serve in his administration.

Messaging wasn't the problem for Kamala. It's that Trump can lie over and over and never pays a price.
