On Day 2 of the #ELSiARetreat, we were reminded that action and faith go hand in hand. Integrating #IntegralEcology into daily life doesn't require perfection, just intention. 🙏
We were happy to hear from & encounter so many inspiring initiatives on #LaudatoSi’ from the ground.

On Day 1 of the #ELSiARetreat, we gathered in #Taizé to share, pray, and reflect on our work for #LaudatoSi & #IntegralEcology. Hearing best practices from the ground was the perfect way to kick off our retreat and find hope in the current state of the world. 🌿

A retreat rooted in prayer, encounter, and integral ecology — bringing together national coordinators, eco-church initiatives & ecology organisations from across Europe to reflect and renew. 🕊️

ELSiA was pleased to participate in the annual meeting of Catholic organisations working with the EU at COMECE in Brussels. An inspiring mutual exchange, especially the dialogue with Mgr. Bernardito Auza, strengthening our shared mission and collaboration for the year ahead.

The #RaisingHope conference in Castel Gandolfo was an incredible experience! Hundreds of people came together to create a powerful atmosphere. We are glad that we contributed to this important step towards care for creation by being there and taking part in the programme🙏🏼🕊️

On its second day, the #RaisingHopeConference unfolded with moments of dialogue, prayer, and reflection under one guiding question: "How can we transform the urgency of the ecological crisis into active hope?"

An emotional first day at #RaisingHopeConference 🌍 Hundreds gathered at Centro Mariapoli to mark 10 yrs of #LaudatoSi. Highlights: meeting Pope Leo, sharing journeys toward #COP30, & presenting ELSiA’s “Europe’s Ecological Journey.” Tomorrow: diving into its impact!

The #RaisingHopeConference is starting today, and many ELSiA representatives will be attending the three-day event celebrating the 10 years of #LaudatoSi. At this crucial moment for our common home, we are all asked to commit to action. Stay tuned for more updates!

Day 3 of the CCEE Section for the Safeguarding of Creation. Holy Mass with Bishop Vincenzo Viva who reminded us: when the environment suffers, people suffer too. A round table with partners shared hopes & challenges, ending in prayer for #ourcommonhome — carrying hope back home.

Day 2 of the CCEE Section for the Safeguarding of Creation meeting. After a visit to the gardens of the Ville Pontificie and the celebration of the Holy Mass at Borgo Laudato Si', we reflected on 10 years of #LaudatoSi with insights from Prof. Carmody Grey and Stefan Geiger, OSB.

Day 1 of the CCEE Section for the Safeguarding of Creation meeting began with prayers and songs, including the beautiful Akathistos Hymn. Among the opeining voices, Sister Alessandra Smerilli encouraged us to consider the legacy of #LaudatoSi — Pope Francis's call to care for #ourcommonhome.
