Yo estoy esperando a que baje algo el precio porque me parece bastante carete. Eso sí, luego lo amortizaré seguro porque con los RE me acaban enganchando al punto de hacerme hasta la run solo a cuchillo jajaja
Lo que me gusta es que suelen ir de cara y apuestan por crear momentos memorables por encima de una historia profunda. Un método de desarrollo de decir "sabes que molaría: una serpiente gigante".
Pero entiendo que haya gente que busque otra experiencia diferente y quede insatisfecha.
Aún no lo he jugado pero el ADN de los RE es historia no muy larga pensada para rejugarlo en modo speedrun, lo cual te desbloquea nuevas cosas. Además de una historia propia de una película de serie B pero con personajes icónicos.
As a developer I live with the constant fear of shipping the game without covering these weird edge cases.
But then I realise that anyone doing this deserves whatever bug can result from it. Just play the game like a normal person 😭

One of those legendary game series that you grow up with and it never gets old. It just does everything good. I miss the story mode from previous entries though.

The game has some serious bugs that make it a pain to play. Most of the puzzles involve walking to X to get Y and coming back, and the English voices don’t match the characters. It was a letdown after the great first two games. I didn’t find the story interesting.

Each level is unique and offers new gameplay mechanics. Difficulty-wise, it is pretty fair compared to games from that era. It is enjoyable even after all these years. You need a lot of patches and tweaks to make it work on a modern PC.

I love how it goes full insanity, and every little detail plays in favour of the mood of the game. It is not afraid of breaking the rules and you just want to keep playing to see what the next surprise will be. The aesthetics are a delight.
