Happy Family Day! Thought this picture (from a recent adventure to Calgary) that includes the Family of Man was appropriate. This sculpture, by Mario Armengol, was created for the British Pavilion in Expo 67 and is a popular landmark in Calgary. The sculpture is much taller than a little panda.

Swim, bike, run, nap like a panda! My human did an Olympic triathlon and I hung out in the transition area to cheer everyone on! Great job to everyone who raced, volunteered or came out to cheer today. Tomorrow will be time to jump in to the next challenge. #olympictriathlon

Hill yeah! Today was the last day of hill week with the arboretum hill club and it has been so much fun! I've loved going on adventures to all the different hills, I even went to yogalates last night (my favourite pose is still shavasana).

Recently went to IKEA because my human wanted a shoe rack (for all of the running shoes). I saw this amazing mural and I met some awesome pandas! #IKEA #IKEAPandas
