Friday night, after a random GPU crash and reinstall of drivers (AMD), my OBS locked up part way through and required Taskmanager to resolve it. Stuck at "Stopping Recording..." lol
Then seen my drivers were not my choice version install, thanks to Virtual Desktop notice. >.<

i'm working on a vrchat avatar prefab! It's a AudioLink-reactive glowstick band that actually shines light on your avatar (via an emission mask)! And it comes with a tool that can generate an emission mask for *any* avatar!
In light of the latest update - @vrchat.com @strasz.bsky.social @dtupper.com : I hope this is already being looked into as I feel this goes against the spirit of what was intended with age verification and I hope VRC can resolve ASAP, or at least reassure it is indeed being looked into/acknowledged.

And the coolest thing - you can make live edits in Unity Editor to the avatar *while* wearing it in Resonite!

What's scary about this story is the surveillance it hints at. This trans woman had changed her name, legally, but chose not to change her gender marker. She was apparently flagged in the DMV system as trans and her license was invalidated under a law that supposedly only concerned gender markers.
I've been working on being able to setup an avatar through the Unity SDK for @resonite.com. There's still more to do, but... I technically got an avatar to work. "Technically" being the word. :D
I might need to find actual avatar model to test with.

Started with forced MS login and users needing a pass word/pin to unlock their PC, when they (really) rather not. I argue, but it is the client's choice in the end.
Given the reactions I've been getting to the Unity SDK for @resonite.com, I feel that it'll help "break the ice" and get a lot more people into the platform.
