95% of the context I've seen for FOMO being used was for external pressures to join in on the "hype train" so to speak, so the mention many times coupled with bringing up "shared cultural experiences" and other people experiencing the game gave me that impression. Maybe I'm just-

-that pressure should be there to begin with when enjoying smth. They should be able to go at their preferred pace, and those that enjoyed a work should (and some do) be happy to welcome them when they finish and can join in even if it takes a while. Doesn't have to be an implicitly timed event

Doesn't really change things, honestly. If anything that's kinda making my point. They can't control their hours yet have this pressure pushed on them to finish "on time" cuz of the idea that everyone else is on the boat and they're gonna miss it for being "too slow" with the game. I don't think-

Current DA Chat is honestly a lot better than the previous attempt, and I might even like it more than Notes. One caveat tho is sometimes messages just won't go through on occasion for some reason where other chats won't have that problem unless there's an outage

Yeah I've used Trello a few years back and it's more for the former, organizing progress on things. Would still be useful tho! Just unfortunately not for submitting things

Nothing wrong with people playing easy, but imo if one of the reasons is avoiding FOMO then they’re not playing the game for the right reason to begin with. Adds an unnecessary “I *have* to be a part of the conversation” to what should just be a fun experience and discourages deeper engagement w/ it
