Weight does not = adipose. Stop equating the two. Find a better metric to estimate this.
I understand that I'm an army doctor, but I've had at least 1 shoulder pain patient every day. I'm going to be the king of shoulder exams.
Something that bothers me is when a patient's chief complaint is listed as "referrals" with no context.
1. You may not need a referral. FM can handle a lot on our own
2. I can't prep the visit ahead of time because I don't know what the issue is that needs a referral
