I write #resolutions every year. I find it a useful thing to help me feel like I've achieved something (anything?) each year and to shape my personal direction. I also share them so that if anyone wants to join me on the journey then they might be able to.

Just been swimming for the first time in 2 years. 26 lengths and am absolutely done in, but also feel fresher and less fatigued than i have for ages.
I've been doing a few stand up open mics over the last months - moral support for a mate at first - now I am actually enjoying it a bit and doing okay (I fell out of love with stand up in 2018 so it's a return of sorts).
What I guess I am saying is watch this space, there's a huge, epic crash due.
