This is my answer every time I get the "in the past two weeks how many days have you felt down, depressed, or hopeless?" I kinda gesture at the world and go "i mean..."

Oof this is devastatingly relatable π₯²
The hubris of ADHD wants me to tell you about the times this happened to me in an effort to communicate that I know what it's like but ya know what I'm NOT gonna do that this time
On certain days I can feel the dopamine along with the sleepiness, not clear on the correlation with mood. I'll be looking out for it now
This is interesting and it's important you all know about it
Coffee makes me sleepy more often than not
I've got no time for quote repost wars. No time, no energy, no interest
Better watch out for them man-eatin' jackrabbits, and them killer cacti
Also, The Real Ghostbusters was a really good show, ESPECIALLY considering it's basically fan fiction created after the first movie. It starts right after the fight with Gozer, and the psychokinetic energy in the marshmallow goo makes their uniforms come to life and form evil versions of them
A Hi-C Ecto Coolerβ’, Ghostbusters-theme Hi-C that was like NEON green and (in my memory at least) delicious. It's got slimer on it (the cartoon one), and he's holding up the Ecto Cooler label and looking at it like it's delicious and delightful. Please bring it back
Thinking about this stuff today, and still hoping for the day it returns for good
Anyway that's enough rambling. Next post will be about β¨Something Nerdyβ¨
one who just kinda had as many platforms to juggle as they reckoned they could handle (still hoping they change their mind though, they're one of the first people I met when I started trying to be a better ally and they've never once even mildly disappointed me)
I've said before that there are only a handful or so of people I met on Twitter who I made absolutely sure I could keep contact with after I left. I managed it with all but a couple of them, one who kinda just didn't vibe with this app (this was when it was much more empty and we needed invites) and
This is not prescriptive. Just a thing I do and my thoughts/reasoning. I'm just not here to fight. If you are, if that's the right thing for you right now, we can still be friends. Some of the people I met on Twitter (people I adore and respect) disagree or diverge from me on this
Cutting someone down can take three words. Helping them change their minds takes multiple conversations. To the extent it's even possible online, it REQUIRES that the other person engages in good faith. That, in turn, requires that they don't feel attacked or like you're trying to "gotcha" them
I block bad faith, trolling, and bullying so quickly On Hereβ’. I've found my ability to affect change increases exponentially when I can nudge and question gently, and spending spoons on bad faith just diminishes my effectiveness. I'm here to make the world better, not for vengeance
Sir please get down from there and let the kitchen staff continue their work
for people who know alot about Clip Studio I still have the old Ver 1, what actually changes from that to the new V 5
Ha I'm pretty sure this guy replied to himself with a sock account. God I wish this bullshit had stayed on Twitter
Good and thoughtful things very rarely come after "I seem to remember"
I DID roll real bad on the dismount so the landing was a ROUGH one
A pleasant evening to everyone except the people who told us we were overreacting and he couldn't do that much damage.
Also not to the people who said electing him would be worth it to prove a point by not voting
Also not to anyone who can vote but didn't
Another fave of mine: disembodied child voice sing-songing a creepy rhyme
I once leaped up into a dragon's back as it flew off, climbed up its neck, and cast fireball into its mouth. Pretty sure I'd just watched Godzilla
Still ASTONISHED that it worked
Yessss the ol "ancient curse you can't break so you have to give it to someone else"
Could lead to some interesting character choices re: self preservation vs eradication of evil, short term vs long term solutions etc. Maybe there's a VERY difficult way to end the thing, requiring a whole quest...
I need ideas of stuff to scare and unsettle my DnD players with
Daredevil Reborn Season 2 soon!! *is hype*
The hints dropped in Fallout Season 2 re: where they're taking the narrative are VERY EXCITING to me personally, like they're working from a list of my favorite elements of the lore and story from the games
I think this is where I land, kinda a sliding scale based on age and Online-ness
I was just thinking it's mostly people above the age of like 50 who do it a lot. Or people who aren't online at all and/or don't watch much TV
OK SO I'M NOT CRAZY
