What kind of mask are you using?
I get what my insurance gives me, so I’m no help there.
It really helped me to keep chanting ‘it’s helping, not hurting’ to myself until I got used to it. Everyone is different. I thought of it like super comfortable scuba gear. Don’t forget that you can cover your whole head when you’re cold.
