Such a valid point. Was thrilled this morning when one of my students who also teaches at university shared how she now sees her students in a complete different light. As a result the sharing and co creativity started… #mindset #trust #LTHEchat

A3 I cannot agree more. I work with a community of practice model that provides a safe space to work together safely. We organise mock conferences as I train conference interpreters. The magic works. Leading the team from the background and empowering students with roles creativity #LTHEchat

A3. Visibility often is underestimated. If students really feel celebrated, acknowledged and valued in their contributions and roles, it will empower others to join in and bring their own identities. Very little representations of students with #disabilities. #LTHEchat

Q2. Sometimes students come from a different educational system and have never experienced such a thing. It requires patience. It may not work straight away. Start with something small and build on it. It is a mutual learning experience. But so beautiful!
