The internal 6 pistons are redundant

Oh, and cooking fish is pure engineering problem. South Ukrainian NPP solved it around 10 years ago by building two extra cooling spray pools. They could barely run at half power in summer. And that station is 2600MW electrical power iirc.

France | App | Electricity Maps Track real-time and historical electricity data worldwide β€” see production mix, CO2 emissions, prices, cross-border exports, and much more.

If you want to call around 10GW β€œa little”. That’s roughly the average amount they sell. That’s also around half of Poland’s consumption. As of right now it’s almost 15GW:

I was talking about vehicles.

10.11.2025 12:56 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Exactly. But gasoline does not go inside the vehicle interior and it’s not gaseous. Refrigerant does and is, so it must be less flammable

That’s because you only have 2 parties.

10.11.2025 11:05 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Ar a times when we absolutely don’t need them tho. When the price is negative you’re basically paying us to dispose of your trash

My experience with German healthcare was limited to getting hearing aids paid for. But that went smooth as a butter.

Impressive. Easier when flammability is not as big of a concern I guess

EV range drops significantly in cold weather even with heat pumps tho

10.11.2025 01:05 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

That’s air to air heat pumps, aka AC on heating mode.
Most good pumps extract heat from ground

The scene that comes after is also unskippable lol

Just like with his best friends Russians

10.11.2025 00:28 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

I wonder how does it function on just 1kg. Automotive AC has around 1kg normally

And France will have to sell them even more electricity, driving local prices up. Great. I live in France.

10.11.2025 00:25 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 4 πŸ“Œ 0

The electricity price there makes it borderline, if not totally, uneconomic. Maybe current crazy gas prices changed that tho

10.11.2025 00:24 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 2 πŸ“Œ 0

Dunno how is this economical with the gas prices they have there…. Last time I paid 42 cents per kWh there, a year ago.

10.11.2025 00:23 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Oh yeah, that one was fun. Didn’t think there was anyone left who could make movies like that

10.11.2025 00:15 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

With EVs you have to take into account losses at the other end of electrical grid tho. Which are between roughly 50 and 65%
Also, one advantage of ICE vehicle is that they provide heating using that waste heat. So cold weather doesn’t decrease range

So he doesn’t need to be impeached for this to happen?

09.11.2025 02:39 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

That happens for an hour during day.
At night prices soar. Same problem that exists everywhere where there’s a lot of renewables.

Even damn Apple Music pays artists better

If you’re from USA I have bad news for you. Germany is an epitome of normalcy and radical left wing in comparison

08.11.2025 01:39 πŸ‘ 1 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 3 πŸ“Œ 0

We don’t know how to build fusion power plants. Only fission.

08.11.2025 01:37 πŸ‘ 1 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 3 πŸ“Œ 0

Then you better buy candles since that’s physically impossible

08.11.2025 01:37 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

I pay 80 per month during warm season for an apartment with 2 people here. No AC. Will probably be close to 200 in winter since I heat with electricity. If you run AC all the time in a home that’s as badly insulated as most US homes I’m not surprised

08.11.2025 01:36 πŸ‘ 1 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Theyre all over Europe

08.11.2025 01:25 πŸ‘ 18 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

And what are you going to power those fuel cells with?

08.11.2025 01:24 πŸ‘ 1 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 2 πŸ“Œ 0

Come to Germany, see the prices. It’s in top 3 of worlds most expensive. Energy is cheap in Us. It was relatively cheap in Germany before they shut their nukes down and went full on renewables.
