Yesterday the NHS banned all under 18 prescriptions of HRT for trans young people.
This ban was justified by 10 new studies that largely stated NO EVIDENCE for under 18s HRT exists.

As such I'd say that the OP's article above is not only potentially transmedicalist, by apparently wishing to reify trans identities through transition rather than questioning the reification of cisgender gender identities; but it is also regressive from a feminist standpoint.
I should add that the greatest gift that trans people can perhaps offer feminism is to help deconstruct the patriarchal hierarchy that is based upon the reification of "birth sex" as a concrete category that determines women's roles in society.
An emancipatory approach to trans rights thus only comes when we remove the reification of sex/cisgender gender identities and end the segregation of trans healthcare and rights from matching cisgender healthcare and rights. 3/
For everything that trans people ask for, there is a cisgender equivalent that is cheerfully allowed. This is because cisgender gender identity/sex is reified. HRT, affirming treatments, correct pronouns, access to spaces, and so on are seen as god-given rights if you're cisgender. 2/
