I’ve boiled leadership down to two sides of one coin: Be good dude//Don’t be an asshole. The later wouldn’t listen even if their own brain told them.

I need to reach out to you. How do you establish a battle rhythm after old boss eschews planning, with civ staff that are used to “report card” staff mtg? New boss has wanted to fix for a long time. We reset w/7-min drills, alternating CDB and staff meeting, but I’m not sure what’s missing.

I welcome Surveys and 360 reviews. They can let you know some things you can’t see, and provide a release valve.

I feel this in my bones. Been trying to implement a battle rhythm on a HQ staff for about a year. It starts at the top.
