Seemed to me like it was more to help Lemmen, who otherwise would have had to close the gap alone which wasn’t happening

Did they really accelerate? Del Toro, Gee, Carapaz all able to make it back despite being caught up. Lemmen was already pulling super hard before that part, and the main reason the gaps were big was because some riders were held up long

Imagine if BORA were unable to sign Remco next year because they illegally signed Van Gils 😂

If court rules that the contract termination is illegal, there could be significant consequences for the team that signed the rider (rumored to be BORA). These include restrictions such as being prohibited from signing riders in the next season.

Maybe he shouldn’t have signed that contract back in March. He chose stability at the time, and that decision backfired. Doesn't look like the team did anything wrong. Cian's case didn't end up going to court, it was a three party agreement in the end
