2/2, He brought us to the Championship and we will always share the sheer joy of Wembley, plus the open top bus parade to the Town Hall. Meeting Des at The Manor Club in November was a pleasure and he understood just what Oxford means to us local born & bred fans. I wish him every success. COYY OTID

I’m still trying to process today’s oufc news & Des no longer being our Manager. Was he sacked or did he leave? It feels like we’ve lost one of our family. I guess time will tell if it’s a blessing or a disaster. Des is a legend and will always be one of us and I’m grateful for all he has done. 1/2
