Hardly going to motivate the over 21 players
Hardly going to motivate the over 21 players
If we wear that kit, we deserve to lose
I wasn’t expecting to be up this late. But this is a good/funny listen #mcfc
American politics YouTube channels are hard work - so much waffle before they get started. I like the Majority Report and I’ve recently come across The Bulwark but come on. Less waffle/intro/long winded questions
The regime has increased the chocolate rations from 3 to 2…
Re Spurs going down - I think the Tudor appointment was that bad, it’s easy to make the change. No ifs no buts, they’ll surely make a change which will (unfortunately) perk them up. Tudor will obviously be sacked by 10am Monday morning
I said in my head 20/1 as soon as Howard asked the question. But 4/1 is silly - wow! If you gave the Royal Oak a 3 nil head start 4/1 would be short
Haaland may be on ‘low power mode’ but he’s certainly not on ‘low wages mode’ - with the big whack comes big responsibility
Yeah and that probably finishes as soon as he takes another job. So, if he takes Spurs down he had reputational damage and if he keeps them up he’s pigeon holed into a ‘fire fighter’. If they lose the next 2 games and they’ll offer him a 10 mil staying up bonus and I’m sure he’ll be happy then…
I don’t want to sound reactionary but Calvert-Lewin would be disappointed with this recent goal return/performance. Bellyaching about service just doesn’t cut it - I’m obviously not saying sell him but he has to do more/impact the opposition
He’ll be ‘unwilling’ to manage for the 9 games. I bet if they gave him and 18month contract, he’d bite their hand off
Senator Tuberville on x writing a response to the @endwokeness account Original tweet from @EndWokeness - “less than 25 years apart” Image 1 - the twin towers as they are hit by a the planes on 9/11/2001 Image 2 - Mayor Mamdani sitting on a prayer rug while hosting an Iftar at city hall Quote tweet from Senator Tuberville - “the enemy is inside the gates.”
Let there be as much outrage from politicians in Washington when kids go hungry as there is when I break bread with New Yorkers.
I’m wondering. I hear a lot about ‘control’ and people made themselves comfortable that we ‘controlled’ Forest, I disagreed. Maybe he did and thought, we need the ball in the net. Goals control games - was it a fuck up(yes) but is it the basis of what we can expect for the rest of the season
Have we considered that he thinks he got the tactics right. We should have scored 2 in the 15 mins and he was let down by poor defending and a wonder goal!
If Pep thinks that as per his post match comments(more or less) then we are fucked. Hopefully he doesn’t believe it
My dad is on the Woody/Horlock podcast talking about rhebgood old days and the Prestwich & Whitefild branch #mcfc youtube.com/watch?v=CH48...
The 2 in midfield didn’t work at home V Nottingham Forest, I’ve no idea how he thought it would work away V Real Madrid
I’m speechless
Started series 3 of Capture, it’s on iPlayer. I like it
We have a small chance. If we are within 2 goals with 20mins left, you never know
We need to keep it tight. Even though there are no away goals, if they score, it’s nail in coffin
Taking them to ET would be a success
Maybe it should matter that the President of the United States threatened the lives of the Iranian soccer team, who can say
I said the same thing re Guéhi and Semenyo, I think it was a mistake to give them both their CL debut away at Madrid.
I also said that we need a strategy to give Haaland the ball - if he's not going to get on the end of crosses then we need a new approach. But what is that and who is capable?

“I’d bring in Maresca now” Another classic from today’s Bluemoon
Doku is interesting. His contract expires in 2028. City have a decision to make
Did Pep ‘overthink’ or was he just wrong? Did he simply misplace his belief in our 4 forwards being able to out score them and ignore the obvious flaws?!
The candles on the cake will blow *him* out!
Bluemoon is a mad place. I went on the Donnarumma thread, I saw the word ‘Pickford’ - that’s enough Bluemoon for one day…
Despite what some said, we struggled away at Leeds and struggled at home to Forest. Pep either didn’t recognise the issues or ignored them - he had a very bad day at the office yesterday.
Where were all our passers?
Guehi has been poor. But is that a function of buying someone from Palace I.e. not used to and not expecting to play at 8 out of 10, twice a week? Same with Semenyo
